This is the perfect package for all the peeps that have everything ready to go, but need a little help making sure everything is planned accordingly.
With timelines, vendor organization, and final details all needing to be set in stone and sent off, this package will take care of just that. Even though its named the “month of” package, we will spend a lot of time, talking design, and filling in all the last minute fun. See below for all the details and breakdown of the services.

What You Get with Month of Coordination
• 1-2 HOUR BRIDAL CONSULTATION
• 4 HOURS FOR ALL TEXT COMMUNICATION
• 4 HOURS GOING OVER ALL DETAILS
INCLUDES MEETING + HARD COPIES: We will discuss ceremony (processional/ recessional), a rough timeline, overall event order forms, details, event set-up, and vendor communication
• 3 HOUR FOR FINAL MEETINGS & DETAILS
• 2 HOUR VENUE WALK-THROUGH & CURATED LAYOUT
• 2 HOUR EVENT REHEARSAL:
Day-of schedule, coordination, music cues, special surprises, guest accommodation, all final details, two full final run-throughs, check-in with all vendors two weeks prior to event)
• 12 HOURS DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICES INCLUDING TRAVEL
• 10 HOUR DAY-OF COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
• 6 HOUR EVENT ASSISTANT
